Build a sustainable Business Improvement (BI) capability for a large minerals processor, including all the supporting systems, processes and tools. Use the processing plant to demonstrate how the BI function could be used to deliver sustainable result.

- Trained and coached the client BI team on BI methodology, processes and tools.
- Trained and coached line management on how to use BI to drive performance.
- Modeled production operations and costs using value-driver trees.
